Grip strength (GS) variability due to positional changes in the upper extremity joints is of importance while designing workstations and work methods. This study was conducted to analyze the GS variations due to positional changes at shoulder joint when some important variables were under control. The GSs of dominant and nondominant hands were measured in eight shoulder (0°, 45°, 90°, and 135° of flexion and abduction) and standard test positions (STP). One hundred and thirteen subjects 20–30 years old completed the study. At the dominant side, no significant difference was observed in the pairwise comparisons between STP and the others. Maximum and minimum GSs were obtained in 0° abduction and 45° flexion and abduction, respectively. At the nondominant side, GSs were significantly lower (p < 0.001) in the corresponding test positions and demonstrated more variability. The findings of this study can contribute to the available knowledge to guide occupational ergonomists in their practices. 相似文献

目的:研究萝卜硫素对人鼻咽癌CNE-2细胞增殖、凋亡的影响及其对Akt/p70S6K信号传导的作用。方法:采用CCK-8实验分析萝卜硫素对CNE-2细胞生长增殖的影响,流式细胞仪检测萝卜硫素对CNE-2细胞凋亡率及细胞周期分布的影响,Western blot技术检测CNE-2细胞中调控细胞周期的相关蛋白及Akt/p70S6K信号通路关键蛋白的表达水平。结果:采用萝卜硫素干预CNE-2细胞后,细胞增殖抑制率及凋亡率相对于对照组呈浓度依赖的方式显著增高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);流式细胞仪分析提示,萝卜硫素干预能够将细胞停留在S期及G2/M期,并且萝卜硫素还能抑制细胞周期蛋白Cyclin A、Cyclin B、Cyclin D、Cyclin E以及CDK/p34的表达水平,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);此外,萝卜硫素还能抑制Akt/p70S6K信号通路关键蛋白p-Akt及p70S6K蛋白表达水平(P<0.05),但萝卜硫素与Akt激动剂IGF-I共同处理细胞后,上述蛋白表达量与对照组相比没有统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:萝卜硫素可能通过干扰CNE-2细胞中Akt/p70S6K信号传导而发挥有效的抗增殖及促凋亡的作用。 相似文献

Facial Expression Recognition (FER) is an important subject of human–computer interaction and has long been a research area of great interest. Accurate Facial Expression Sequence Interception (FESI) and discriminative expression feature extraction are two enormous challenges for the video-based FER. This paper proposes a framework of FER for the intercepted video sequences by using feature point movement trend and feature block texture variation. Firstly, the feature points are marked by Active Appearance Model (AAM) and the most representative 24 of them are selected. Secondly, facial expression sequence is intercepted from the face video by determining two key frames whose emotional intensities are minimum and maximum, respectively. Thirdly, the trend curve which represents the Euclidean distance variations between any two selected feature points is fitted, and the slopes of specific points on the trend curve are calculated. Finally, combining Slope Set which is composed by the calculated slopes with the proposed Feature Block Texture Difference (FBTD) which refers to the texture variation of facial patch, the final expressional feature are formed and inputted to One-dimensional Convolution Neural Network (1DCNN) for FER. Five experiments are conducted in this research, and three average FER rates 95.2%, 96.5%, and 97% for Beihang University (BHU) facial expression database, MMI facial expression database, and the combination of two databases, respectively, have shown the significant advantages of the proposed method over the existing ones. 相似文献

为了充分利用RGB-D图像的深度图像信息,提出了基于张量分解的物体识别方法。首先将RGB-D图像构造成一个四阶张量,然后将该四阶张量分解为一个核心张量和四个因子矩阵,再利用相应的因子矩阵将原张量进行投影,获得融合后的RGB-D数据,最后输入到卷积神经网络中进行识别。RGB-D数据集中三组相似物体的识别结果表明,利用张量分解融合RGB-D图像的物体识别准确率高于未采用张量分解的物体识别准确率,并且单一错分实例的准确率最高可提升99%。 相似文献

ABSTRACTConception and development of an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) capable of detecting, tracking and following a moving object with unknown dynamics is presented in this work, considering a human face as a case of study. Object detection is accomplished by a Haar cascade classifier. Once an object is detected, it is tracked with the help of a Kalman Filter (KF), and an estimation of the relative position with respect to the target is obtained. A linear controller is used to validate the proposed vision scheme and for regulating the aerial robot's position in order to keep a constant distance with respect to the mobile target, employing as well the extra available information from the embedded sensors. The proposed system was extensively tested in real-time experiments, through different conditions, using a commercial quadcopter connected via wireless to a ground station running under the Robot Operative System (ROS). The proposed overall strategy shows a good performance even under disadvantageous conditions as outdoor flight, being robust against illumination changes, image noise and the presence of other people in the scene. 相似文献

针对人脸识别系统中出现的通过照片或视频“欺诈”解锁问题,提出一种活体检测方法,通过随机指令判断被检测对象是否为真人。利用HOG特征和随机森林算法对摄像头采集的图像进行人脸检测,预测脸部68个特征点位置,把68个特征点位置和脸部位置的相对位置归一化后作为姿态的特征,提取的姿态特征与SVM分类器相结合,训练出分类效果较好的头部姿态估计分类器。通过多次实验,对特征提取方法进行优化,进一步提高检测准确率。最后,使用随机互动式命令序列对被检测人发出指令,实现活体检测。该方法对头部姿态估计具有较高的鲁棒性,并且可以有效地防范照片和视频认证攻击。 相似文献

Traffic sign comprehension is significantly affected by their compliance with ergonomics design principles. Despite the UN Convention, designs vary among countries. The goal of this study was to establish theoretical and methodological bases for evaluating the design of conventional and alternative signs. Thirty-one conventional signs and 1–3 alternatives for each conventional sign were evaluated for their compliance with three ergonomics guidelines for sign design: physical and conceptual compatibility, familiarity and standardisation. Twenty-seven human factors and ergonomics experts from 10 countries evaluated the signs relative to their compliance with the guidelines. Analysis of variance across alternatives revealed that for 19 of the 31 signs, an alternative design received a significantly higher rating in its ergonomics design than the conventional sign with the same meaning. We also found a very high correlation between the experts’ ratings and comprehension from previous studies. In conclusion, many countries use signs for which better alternative designs exist, and therefore UN Convention signs should be re-examined, and ergonomics experts evaluation can serve as a good surrogate for road users’ comprehension surveys.
Practitioner summary: This study presents theoretical and methodological bases for evaluating the design of UN Conventional and alternative traffic signs. Human factors and ergonomics experts evaluated 31 conventional and 68 alternative road signs, based on ergonomics principles for sign design. Results indicated the need to re-examine poorly designed UN Convention signs. 相似文献
